Community Guidelines
- Safety first, always! We track our cars (speed and location) to keep everyone safe. Our drivers are super nice, courteous, and respectful, and they drive safely for your comfort.
- Need a package delivered? It can't be more than 20kg, might be multiple packages, and needs to fit in a mid-sized car.
- No dodgy stuff! That means no unaccompanied restricted stuff, no alcohol or tobacco, and absolutely no illegal drugs (whether someone's with them or not).
- Be cool, please. Treat our drivers and each other with respect, we are all about diversity. Seriously, ZERO TOLERANCE for bullying, harassment, threats, or violence. We'll report any assaults.
- Drivers can say "no thanks" if you're really drunk or acting threatening.
- Our drivers are friendly and approachable. They'll often hop out to open the door for you! But remember, they might be busy and need to wrap up a chat to get to their next booking.
- Childs play. Your children are welcome. You must travel with them, or when 10years or older the subscriber must deliver them to the vehicle and provide instructions to the driver.
- We try our best to be on time. If we're running late, we'll tell you. Be understanding if we're delayed, and we'll be understanding if you are too!
- Be fair. If you book rides in a way that constantly prevents others from booking rides, or you keep cancelling rides at the last minute, we will have a word with you and may suspend or cancel your subscription.
- Sharing is caring. Most times you will be the sole passenger in our vehicles, but we don’t guarantee that. From time to time, you might have to travel with one of your neighbours.
- Tell us what you think! We want all the feedback—good, bad, or ugly.
- Rate your ride! After every trip, you'll be asked to give a star rating.
