How many trips can I take each day with Deliverme?
You can take as many trips as you like. We do however expect "fair and reasonable" use. Booking trips without the intention to use them will result in a sanction.
Can my business subscribe to Deliverme?
Business are not able to subscribe as a user, however we anticipate that businesses will be able to list on the app sometime in the future. But be assured, we are not here force you to list your menu or products on our website then scrape 15-30% commission. We just want to make it easier for people with mobility challenges, who live in small towns to live with more freedom. Accommodation providers and BnB operators can subscribe under a special subscription offer so their guests can move around with ease.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you can log in to your account and navigate to the subscription management page. From there, you should be able to cancel your subscription and stop future billing.
How far can you Deliverme?
Deliverme will deliver within a geo-fenced area. We are a "hyper-local service". Pick-up and drop-off should be able to be completed in 15 minutes.
Is deliverme really affordable?
Owning a car will cost you approximately $4000 per annum. Deliverme will cost less than 1/3 of that price!
Does Deliverme have wheelchair accessible vehicles?
Deliverme is looking for suitable wheelchair accessible vehicles and will supply these when they are available.
